Return Policy

  • Please make sure to check descriptions and measurements before you finalize and checkout items.
  • Returns are not allowed unless, the item has damage, which the client is unaware of. 
  • Any form of exchange ( damage upon review etc) approved by seller should be sent back by customer to seller within 2 working days.
  • items should be in perfect condition and haven't been worn or washed
  • Pick-up for exchange by customer should be done within 5 working days unless a request for extension was approved by seller
  • All shipping fee for exchange is shouldered by customer
  • as per DTI , change of mind is not a valid reason for RETURN, EXCHANGE or REFUND.
